Thursday November 8, 2007 "The 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' Policy in the Post-9/11 World." It has been more than 14 years since the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy was first enacted and numerous prominent figures, including the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff charged with overseeing the policy's implementation, have suggested that it is time to revisit and perhaps eliminate "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." A panel of panel of retired military officers, former service members, and scholars to discuss the issue of the "'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' Policy in the Post-9/11 World."
