Tarik Abdel-Monem joined the Public Policy Center as a Research Specialist in January, 2003. He worked on the 2004, 2005, and 2006 By the People Deliberations and also coordinates the Thomas C. Sorensen Policy Seminar Series. He is currently evaluating a FEMA Crisis Counseling program in Nebraska. He has publications forthcoming in the Florida Journal of International Law and Cornell International Law Journal.
