Denise BullingDenise Bulling joined the Public Policy Center in February 2003. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has over 20 years of experience as a behavioral health clinician, manager, and planner. Denise completed her PhD at the University of Nebraska through the College of Education and Human Sciences. She previously earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nebraska and a Bachelors Degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University .
Denise is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, the American Evaluation Association and is an active mental health volunteer with the American Red Cross. Her research interests include the areas of disaster/emergency behavioral health and threat/risk assessment and management.
