Elizabeth (Liz) Willborn joined the Public Policy Center in February 2007 and is currently working on the Health Information Technology - Western Nebraska Information Project. She is a Licensed Registered Nurse and received a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a BSN from Creighton University and an MSN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
