Larry Golba is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Public Policy Center. He got his B.A. in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, and is currently in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. His primary concentration is in forensic psychology. At the Public Policy Center, he is currently working on projects involving threat assessment and disaster behavioral health.
