Multimedia for the Web

The Public Policy Center has made video and audio recordings of many of our events, and recently we have started to present some of these online. Audio files are in .mp3 format, and video files are in QuickTime streaming format. QuickTime streaming allows the viewing of longer videos, 20 to 90 minutes, online without having to wait for them to download. Videos are presented either in just the smaller size (320 by 240 pixels) for easier and quicker streaming over a variety of internet connections or both the smaller (320 by 240 pixels) and larger size (640 by 480 pixels) depending on the needs of the project. The stand alone QuickTime installer for Windows 2000, XP and Vista can be downloaded here if your computer does not have it already.
If you have any problems viewing the video, please e-mail us at ppc@nebraska.edu.
