Panhandle Healthy Communities Access Program

HCAP is a federal grant to Panhandle Partnership and is designed to improve access to healthcare for persons who are uninsured and underinsured in the Nebraska panhandle. The Panhandle Partnership has contracted with the Public Policy Center to assist in the evaluation of the collaborative, including assessing the level of collaboration and the impact of collaboration on the success of the project.
